A collaborative space rooted in person-centered, queer, and feminist values. Together, we explore your story with compassion, turn toward your shadows with love, honor your unique lived experience, and support your growth toward authenticity, self-trust, and empowerment. This work centers your voice, your agency, and your truth.
Group Therapy
A supportive and trauma-informed space for individuals to connect, heal, and grow in community. Grounded in harm reduction and mutual respect, group therapy offers a place to share experiences, build resilience, and explore identity without judgment. Together, we create a space that honors complexity, centers strengths, cultivates love for our shadows, and fosters collective empowerment. Coming soon.
Surgery Letters
Letters to support gender affirming surgeries, available for uninsured/underinsured clients at a sliding scale (or free) depending on need.
Psychedelic Services
Through Radical Rainbows, LLC, I work with local services centers to provide psilocybin facilitation in the state of Oregon. This service is provided separately to mental health therapy. I provide preparation and intgration services, and harm reduction support for exploring psychedelics.
