Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is offered for adults (18+) seeking to address chaos, develop authenticity, connect on a deeper level within themselves, their communities, and their values, and to cultivate healing. Individual therapy is typically 55 minutes, can be in person or virtual, and is co-created through the therapeutic relationship uniquely for each client.

Group therapy creates a space for individuals to connect around shared identities, experiences, goals, and values.
Psychedelic Services
Lotus offers psilocybin session facilitation with the support of licensed service centers in the Portland area. These services are carefully considered, and not covered by insurance, and offered separately from mental health therapy services. Lotus also offers psychedelic preparation and integration services, as well as harm reduction support around the use of psychedelics for healing.
